Started to learn painting from 2001, at begining  he joined Shanghai Animation Film Studio to learn and take part in the production of paper cutting film.

After that, entered into a Japanese animation company  to learn painting of Key Frame.

Then worked for Shanghai Hongguang Animation and Wuxi Far East Animation Company successively, engaged in Layout  and Key Frame painting. And as a flash animation director and storyboard designer for television advertising.

In 2006, Cloud set up Wolfsmoke Animation Studio together with Clover Xie, began to concentrate on the original animation creation till now. In studio Cloud is mainly responsible for the role of director, storyboard, key frame etc.
